Prior to heading over to Kona for Ironman Hawaii, my coach Don Fink asked if I would write some random pre-race notes that he could post to his web site.  I wasn't sure I'd be writing every day, but I thought I could put some words together for his reading public.  I would send an email note to his web weenie who would then "html" the stuff and post it.  So, the format may not be what is normal for Noone's Saloone & Golf Club, but it shouldn't be a problem.  By the way, the original notes might still be here.
